Hello!

Welcome to the information page for the ASF Summer Games.  To say we are excited to offer this to the community is an understatement.  The fact that it is to support two great organizations is a bonus.  Here are the details to get you ready to compete:

WHAT IT IS:  Teams of 5 competing against other teams of 5 in a total of 6 events.  Each team must have at least 2 females.  Each person from each team will compete in one event, with the whole team competing in a relay as the sixth event.  There will be some strategy to “assign” each person to only one event.  Points will be awarded for placing based on the number of teams that compete.

Once your whole team registration is received, your team will receive the event schedule so you can get a plan together to maximize each other’s ability.

WHO:  Anyone 18 or older.  ASF members and non-members are included!

WHEN:  ****UPDATE****Saturday, July 15.  Doors open at 8:30 am. A competitor meeting will be at 9:00 am, with the competition starting at 9:30 am.

COST:  $100 per team.

Other items~

• We could use a few volunteers to help with some setup and other items.
• We are still seeking sponsors to offset some of our expenses.  We cannot do this without your help!  REMEMBER, WE KEEP NOTHING.  ALL PROCEEDS GO TO OUR TWO PARTNER CHARITY ORGANIZATIONS:  THE CURE STARTS NOW and CARLIE’S ANIMAL RELIEF FOUNDATION.
