GOLFit

golf2 Starting in November and running through February, this four month program is designed to improve golf performance.  Plan attend to 2-3 days per week for approximately 60 minutes.  Several key variables will be addressed:

  • General Strength
  • General Power
  • Specific Power
  • Mobility and Flexibility
  • Nutrition Education
  • Accountability
