Strength School

ASF offers small group training if you would like a more personalized approach to your fitness outcomes and goals. Strength School is comprised of 2-4 people with their own coach for the training session.

We meet 2-3 days/week and primarily use strength training and nutrition to change your body composition, whether losing body fat, adding muscle or both.  Show up and we will do the rest.

All training is by appointment only. If you would like more information, we would love to hear from you and be our guest for a complimentary session and evaluation.

  ASF is great for any adult no matter what an individual’s fitness level.  There is so much encouragement for those who are just starting out.  When I started the Fitness Challenge in January, I was in way over my head.  It had been years since I had done any kind of workouts, and I’ve never done anything at the intense level offered at ASF.  Even though I literally thought I was going to die during the first class, and could barely move the next day, I kept coming back.  The staff and the other participants were always encouraging to keep pushing even when I didn’t think I had anything left.  The “you can do it” atmosphere, the laughter, and the willingness to share information makes ASF a special place.  The willingness and ability of ASF staff to modify each workout to meet an individual’s need is also a great asset.  Not everyone is at the same fitness level nor is their desired outcome the same and your staff realize this.

This positive attitude and passion rubs off on your clients.  You and your staff are also always willing to answer questions and teach everything from nutrition to proper form, etc.   I always feel so much better after being at ASF no matter how tired or grumpy I was before I got there (or how tired I am during my workout lol).  There is a real sense of accomplishment that I leave with knowing that you pushed me to the next level and I can feel results every time I’m there.

I’ve never been made to feel awkward, stupid, or any other negative possibility – no matter how out of shape, clumsy, or uneducated I may be.  Through the encouragement and training I receive at ASF, I have become more confident in what I can do and more knowledgeable in how to do it.  I also love that everyone is willing to laugh at themselves and at the stereotypes of the “gym mentality”.  Laughter is good for the soul.

Keep doing what you are doing!  I personally have experienced the results and look forward to getting stronger every day.

Your dedication to your clients is First Class.  I have been around fitness  instructors for a long time and have to say that you and your staff are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful instructors.  Most importantly you CARE!  Your programs are well thought out and always seem to push people to there limits.  I enjoy coming to Adrenaline and hate the days that I have off because I want to be at Adrenaline.

Adrenaline offers everything I need in a fitness center. At 49 years old I looked at myself in the mirror and was not happy with what I saw. 15 minutes into my first M2 class I was saddened by the reality of the condition that I had allowed myself to get into. What got me through that first class was the support and encouragement that I got from everyone in class that day. As I laid on the turf , wiped out from my first work out, I got high fives and at-a-boys. I still think a few were checking to see if I was alive. What I found that day was a family of people committed to a healthy active lifestyle.

Under Tony’s tutelage, and with the help of the entire staff at Adrenaline, in 12 months I was able to reduce my body fat from 32% to 22% while increasing my lean body mass from 131 lbs. to 142 lbs. Dawn Weatherwax, SN2GO, monitored my body composition and provided nutritional guidance that led to these improvements. Meal plans were developed, based on my goals, and progress was monitored through BodPod readings. Adjustments were made to nutrition plan based on real time feedback provided by BodPod readings.

With these levels of expertise I have access to training experienced by professional athletes. My original goal was simply to get into better shape, Adrenaline has helped me to exceed those goals. I don’t know where I go from here but I have a rekindled strength and vigor that I’ve not felt in years. I look forward to each day as a challenge ready to be tackled and I feel alive doing so. I originally visited Adrenaline for my son’s workouts.   We loved they they did with him, so when Tony approached me about participating in the “Fitness Challenge” I thought it would be fun and a great way to get back in shape.  The M2 classes and Challenge were amazing!  Tony makes it easy to jump in regardless of your fitness level.  Classes were never the same and always pushed me further, but most importantly they were fun.  What was impressive were the group of instructors and participants who encouraged and supported everyone toward their own goals and celebrated their achievements.   Tony has taught me more about nutrition and physical development and he has encouraged me to go outside of my comfort zone at times to really make me a healthier and stronger person.  As I continue on this journey I can’t wait to see the end results the I know I can accomplish with Tony’s coaching.
