It’s that time again! Six weeks of fitness, fun and friendships 🙂
This year, we are going to try something new. I know that change can be hard, but I am hoping you approach this year’s Challenge with an open mind and strong desire to learn and improve. After all, the six week’s each year is just the beginning, not the end. The big theme this year is to enjoy the process, not just the outcome. We are going to emphasize habits and behaviors over numbers, feeling better not just looking better, long term not just short term.

End date: February 29th, 2020
The post-Challenge party will be on March 6, 2020.
Cost: ASF members = $59; non-members = $99
What will you receive: Six weeks of group training, shirt, pre and post Bod Pod (please schedule with Dawn @ 287-9623 prior to the start date); access to private Facebook group. Click here to join. The Facebook group will be the hub for updates, Pillar info and all Challenge-related activity.
Each week, we will introduce a Pillar related to health and fitness. It will be a combination of quick snippets of knowledge to podcast and video formats. How you use that information is up to you. If you choose to take action, you have already won! We take this seriously and hope you will also.
Week six will be the only physical challenge this year. We will go over that information once the Challenge kicks off.
