Starting in November and running through February, this four month program is designed to improve golf performance. Plan attend to 2-3 days per week for approximately 60 minutes. Several key variables will be addressed:

- Nutrition Education
- Accountability
- Added distance to your drives
- Increased core strength
- Decreased overuse injuries
- Improved mobility and flexibility
- Enhanced overall fitness
