M² is short for the Movement Movement group training program developed and utilized at ASF. It is a Movement centered around Movement of the human body. With the plethora of Boot Camps saturating the market, we decided to stand apart and truly offer programming that has one goal: To get the fastest results in the shortest amount of time. Those results include:

  • Increased energy
  • Strength improvements
  • Increased metabolism = less body fat!
  • Increased stamina and endurance
  • Nutrition education
  • Accountability

M² is different every time; you may use sleds. tires, ropes and bands one day and kettlebells, medicine balls, bodyweight and run hills the next day.
