FUN. EXCITING. CHALLENGING.
“M2 classes are an intense, brutal full body workout. Each class seems more diabolical than the previous class and no two classes are alike. The cardio is criminal. My legs and core are seared every class. My whole body is pushed to the limit. My favorite routines include plate pushes, tire flips, kettlebells and sled pulls. ASF truly challenges me like no other workout. Only the strong survive old-school caveman workouts like those at Adrenaline!”
“I love that the workouts are not the same every time. Nothing is boring AND I get to workout with people that I would call my friends outside of the gym. I don’t feel like that is luck, it is just the type of person that a gym like ASF attracts. Needless to say, Frisbee Football is my favorite. I have not had that much fun in a very long time, maybe ever. Unlike other gyms, it is great to see a wide range of ages. It is obvious that you and the rest of the staff have each person’s best interests in mind.”
“I began my Adrenaline journey in February of 2013. I truly believe the Adrenaline family and coaches gave me something to look forward to each day, week, and month. I felt terrible about the way I looked and my lack of energy. I went from 2-3 days a week to 6 days a week and being addicted to the Adrenaline way of life. I amped up my quest for Adrenaline greatness when I got engaged! The coaches helped me make my dress look good 🙂 Adrenaline is so much more than a “gym;” the patrons and coaches truly care about you and want everyone to succeed and be the best version of yourself you can be.”
“As a regular participant in Adrenaline’s M2 class, my first three months yielded the following dramatic results:
Body Weight: dropped from 238lbs. to 224lbs.
Total Cholesterol: dropped from 270 to 183.
LDL Cholesterol (the bad kind): dropped from 191 to 111!!!
Resting Heart Rate: improved from 61 to 50.
While ASF will continue to raise the bar and challenge your abilities, it is of course up to you to plot your own personal pace relative to your desire of progress. It’s all about results, fun, personal satisfaction, camaraderie, and making new friends. Others may try to imitate, but none come close to even matching the Adrenaline experience.”
